Attendees will enjoy socializing, beer & wine, dinner and a high-energy live performance by a professional Elvis Presley tribute artist and band!
Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis. Corporate sponsor tables are reserved nearest the stage.

GETTING TO THE EVENT:
Please do not arrive using the GPS/map location for The Commons on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. 
A self parking lot is located at 2650 Lemon Street. You can access Lemon Street from Evans Avenue or Cranford Ave.

All proceeds benefit the Physician Wellness Program.

This event is open to the public!

Member Physicians: $125/each; Add a guest, $250/couple

Non-Member Physicians and the Public: $150/each
