The Lee County Medical Society Foundation is proud to host the 14th Annual Medical Service Awards. This public service fundraising event honors both physicians and residents of Lee County by recognizing outstanding contributions to healthcare in our community.
Over 100 physicians, community and civic leaders, residents, and their guests attend this celebration. Partnership provides your business with the exposure you seek to the audience you want to reach.
Includes networking cocktails & silent auction, event photobooth, dinner & awards program.

This event is presented by Lee County Medical Society Foundation. Proceeds support the Physician Wellness Program.
Awardees:
- Dr. Alan Brown will be awarded the Citizenship & Community Service Award for providing public service leadership above and beyond the call of duty as a practicing physician.
- Dr. Kristina Mirabeau-Beale will be awarded the Leadership & Professionalism Award for reflecting the ideal professional characteristics of a practicing physician and being a leader in medicine within the community.
- Dr. Rimal Dossani will be awarded the Rising Star Award for exemplifying leadership and being a role model for others who have under 10 years of professional medical experience.
- Dr. Christina Cavanagh will be awarded the Health Education Award in recognition of her professional and public health education activities.
- Dr. Gamini Soori will be awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his substantial contributions to our medical community and for being a lifelong role model in the field of medicine.
- Dr. Shannon MacDonald will be awarded the Scientific Achievement Award in recognition of her outstanding work in the areas of cancer treatment research.
- Beth Patrizi, APRN will be awarded the Non-Physician Award of Appreciation for her exemplary and lasting impact to medicine above and beyond the call of duty.
- Dr. Tucker Maute will be posthumously awarded the In Memory of an Outstanding Physician Award for his legacy work in upholding the standards of medicine in Lee County.
- Dr. Lilian Bustamante will be presented with the WeCare Award, which honors a volunteer provider who supports and delivers remarkable service and commitment to WeCare clients in Lee County.
